MAKEUP2 WITH A NEW SINGLE "NI POPOLNEGA"
After letting the British star Katie Melua borrow a part of their team (the guitarist, the bassist, and the drummer) to perform at the annual Viktor award show, the 6-membered band locked themselves in the studio and recorded a new single. Titled "Ni popolnega", the song is the work of the band's guitarist Jure Golobic, with lyrics by Eva Breznikar. The song will be one of the ten featured on the new Makeup2 studio album produced by the renowned producer Peter Penko. This will be the first album Makeup2 will record as a band, as the previous ones featured the group as a vocal trio. Since the last album released three years ago, Makeup2 transformed into a band with 6 members, released the singles "Moja navodila" and "Napaka" and performed at numerous concerts, including some international venues. In the upcoming summer, the band is scheduled to perform at one of the main festivals in Belgrade, Serbia, where they wowed the crowd two years ago together with Psihomodo Pop, Urban, and Van Gogh.
